First, Let’s Breathe Together
We made it to Day 90.
And whether you've been here since Day 1 or just found your way in recently—this matters. You matter. Every time you chose to show up—tired, hopeful, uncertain, heartbroken—you made a new agreement. With yourself. With community. With liberation.
So before we dive into today's lesson, I just want to say: thank you.
Thank you for every share, every aha moment, every "I'm still learning." Thank you for witnessing me parent, pivot, teach, weep, and repeat. Thank you for showing up even when it wasn’t polished. This space was never meant to be curated—it was meant to be communal.
And today, that community-centered energy is exactly what we need to talk about.
Because integration—the real work of bringing these lessons into our lives—isn’t about memory. It’s about embodiment.
Let’s dig in.
🎧 A Preview
“Liberation isn’t a one-time event—it’s how you show up in your relationships and how you recover when you cause harm.”
Whew. That’s the word.
This moment reminded us that liberation isn’t theory—it’s action. It’s parenting differently. It’s refusing to wield power out of fear. It’s letting our kids be late sometimes because trauma responses to time don’t serve them. It’s choosing rupture and repair over rigidity and perfection.
When we integrate this work, we stop performing and start transforming. And that’s what we’re here for.
What We’re Learning Today
1. Integration Requires Daily Practice
Liberation lives in the mundane. In your tone. In your reaction. In your decision to pause before you yell. It's not about being perfect—it's about being present. Repeatedly.
2. Small Actions Lead to Lasting Change
You don’t need to dismantle the entire system by sunrise. Just stop watering the parts of it that live in your home, your heart, your habits. One brick at a time, beloved.
3. Community Accountability Is the Fertile Ground
We don’t do this work alone. And we’re not meant to. The myth of the self-made changemaker? Trash it. Liberation is communal. Accountability is care. Support is strategy.
Behind the Paywall: Let’s Go Deeper
If this resonated, let me invite you to stay in this work with us.
Behind the paywall, we get into the how:
How to build a morning liberation ritual that sets the tone for integrity.
How to engage in community accountability without shame or performance.
How to practice tiny acts of rebellion that dismantle supremacy in real life.
How to prepare your home and relationships to be places where rupture and repair are welcome.
This isn’t extra—it’s essential. And it’s here to support you as you move from reflection into right relationship.
