Dear Liberators,

Spring is a season of becoming—a time when what has been resting beneath the surface begins to emerge. But emergence is not instant. The earth does not rush. A seed does not demand itself to bloom overnight. Yet, under capitalism, urgency is forced upon us. Supremacy culture teaches us that our worth is tied to productivity, to how quickly we can produce, transform, or show results. Even in healing, we are expected to “arrive” fully healed, fully changed, fully ready.

But what if renewal was not about arrival but about transition?

Winter was our season of deep rest—of looking inward, confronting the shadows, and slowing down to listen to ourselves. Spring invites us to begin moving forward, but not at the cost of the lessons winter gave us. It calls for integration—not rushing past rest, but embodying what we have learned.

This is the work of intentional transformation.

As we shift seasons, you might feel pressure to "get moving”—to set big goals, to push ahead, to prove you are no longer who you were before. But growth is not linear, and liberation is not a race. We are not here to force ourselves into renewal before we are ready. We are here to emerge in alignment with our own rhythms.

This week, we ask:

  • What does it mean to step into renewal without urgency?

  • How do we honor transformation as a process, rather than a destination?

Let’s explore how to embrace this transition with intention, patience, and trust.
