Using body, spirit, and values as your compass.

Dear Liberators,

There’s a moment on every growth journey when you pause and wonder:

Am I doing this right?
Is this evolution—or performance?
Am I expanding—or contorting myself again for someone else’s approval?

We’ve been so deeply shaped by systems that define growth as upward, outward, visible. Supremacy culture teaches us to measure transformation by how much we produce, how fast we move, how well we assimilate into respectability. (Quantity over Quality Pillar)

But sometimes growth isn’t loud or glamorous.
Sometimes growth is stillness. A boundary. A no. A pause.
Sometimes it’s unlearning before building. Rooting before rising.

True growth is not one-size-fits-all. It is not a straight line.
It’s a spiral—a sacred returning to self again and again.

And the truth is: when you’ve spent years surviving, contorting, or outsourcing your compass, it can be hard to know what your right direction even feels like.

This week, I want to offer you something gentle and grounding:
a way to know when you're growing in alignment, not out of obligation.

Because you can’t be liberated if you’re lost inside someone else’s map.

Liberation means learning to use your body, your spirit, and your values as your own north star.

So instead of asking: “Is this the right direction?”
We begin asking: “Does this feel like me?”
“Does this feel like freedom in my bones?”

Reflection Questions:

  • What does growth feel like in your body when it’s aligned? What does it feel like when it’s forced?

  • What values matter most to you right now—and are your choices reflecting them?

  • Who or what have you been growing for?

  • What would it mean to grow in a way that doesn’t require leaving yourself behind?

Let’s go deeper…

If you’re craving more ease, clarity, and self-trust on this journey of emergence, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out alone either.
