Dear Liberators,

Liberation work is often a long, slow journey. There are days when it feels like the weight of systemic oppression is too heavy to lift, and the progress we’re making feels insignificant. In moments like these, it’s natural to feel exhausted, to question whether the work is even making a difference.

But I want you to know that you’re not alone in feeling this way, and that your efforts—no matter how small—are part of something much larger. Every step you take is contributing to the dismantling of these systems, and that work matters deeply.

In this Liberation Lesson, we’ll explore how to maintain hope and energy when the road feels long, using the LIBERATE framework to guide us through moments of exhaustion and help us stay grounded in the bigger picture.
