We’re Not Done. We’re Just Getting Free
What comes after the 100 Days of Community—and what’s calling you deeper.
As we enter May, we move into the Season of Becoming—Rooted in Resistance (in preparation, and in release)
We are not blooming for performance. We are rooting for longevity.
On Day 97 of 100 Days of Community, we named a truth that’s still resonating in my bones:
Growth isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s rooted.
You may not see the leaves yet—but the roots are expanding. That counts.Letting go is part of leadership.
Boundaries, rest, and release are also part of showing up.Preparation is sacred.
The next season of liberation won’t be built from urgency—it’ll be built from intentional integration.
This is that season.
We’re not rushing forward.
We’re planting deeper.
And as 100 Days of Community comes to a close, I’m not stepping away from the work. I’m making space for what comes next—the personal, the communal, the transformative.
Let me say this clearly:
The institutions may be backing away from liberation.
But I am not.
They may be canceling courses, watering down justice work, and pretending that this moment doesn’t demand more of us—but I’ve never been more clear:
We are not here to negotiate our humanity.
We are here to liberate it.
From Daily Lives to Deep Cohorts
100 Days of Community changed me.
It reminded me that we need both consistency and ceremony. We need both public spaces and protected ones. And as we come to the end of these 100 days together, I’m not closing the door—I’m widening the path.
Starting mid month (19 May), I’ll still be live on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 9:30 am EST—offering public truth-telling, reflection, and collective (re)membering.
But on Tuesdays and Thursdays?
That’s for the deep work.
That’s for the ones who are ready to go further. (It is ok if you are not there yet.)
Introducing: The Signature Decolonization Pathway Series
This is the work I’ve been building for years.
Four 6-week courses. One full-year arc. A liberation journey that moves across self, home, and work. Rooted in the LIBERATE™ Framework, this series is my love letter to those who are no longer satisfied with theory—and are ready for transformation.
Here’s what’s coming:
Foundation: The 15 Pillars of Supremacy Culture
Before we can unlearn, we must recognize what we’ve internalized.
We’ll trace how perfectionism, urgency, objectivity, and other cultural patterns shape our relationships, leadership, and sense of self. This is your map and your mirror.
Decolonization 101: Unveiling the Cave
Inspired by Plato’s Allegory of the Cave | Theme: Seeing Beyond the Shadow
This is for those new to this path. We explore how socialization shaped our sense of reality, what happens when we begin to see clearly—and how to trust what we see, even when others don’t.
Decolonization 201: The Pedagogy of Liberation
Inspired by Paulo Freire | Theme: Dismantling Internalized Oppression
This course is rooted in somatic dialogue, co-intentional learning, and the CARE Model. It’s about reclaiming trust in your body, your voice, and your values—even when they go against the grain.
Decolonization 301: Embodied Agreements
Inspired by The Four (and Fifth) Agreements | Theme: Rewriting the Self
This is where we move from knowing to living. We’ll break inherited contracts, rewrite our sacred commitments, and embody a new way of being.
What Makes This Different
This isn’t checkbox DEI.
This isn’t diversity training for PR points.
This is spiritual.
This is structural.
This is about liberation that starts in your nervous system, your relationships, your language, and your legacy.
Each course is designed to run live, in cohort, on Tuesdays or Thursdays—small, intentional, intimate spaces where we move through the work together.
Who This Is For: Self
This is for the ones returning to themselves.
The ones who are no longer satisfied with naming the systems—but are ready to uproot how those systems live in their bodies, beliefs, and daily rhythms.
This is for you if:
You’re unlearning internalized domination and seeking a sacred structure to hold your process with care and accountability.
You’re noticing how supremacy culture has shaped your relationship with time, rest, boundaries, and belonging—and you’re ready to shift it.
You’ve consumed the theory, but your soul is asking: How do I live this? How do I feel it?
You want a space that doesn’t flatten you into binaries—but honors your complexity, contradiction, and capacity.
You’re learning to trust your body’s no, your spirit’s yes, and your own timing.
Whether you're just starting to wake up to the cave or you’ve been walking this path for a while—this work meets you where you are and walks with you forward.

Who This Is For: Home Parents & Caregivers
This is for the ones raising the next generation—and unlearning what they were taught in the process.
If you’re parenting while healing, breaking cycles while building new ones, and asking:
How do I raise liberated children when I’m still healing my own inner child?
How do I parent without replicating control, shame, or supremacy culture?
How do I teach boundaries, justice, and wholeness at home—without a blueprint?
This is for you.
These courses offer more than theory. They give you language, somatic practices, and reflection tools you can apply with your children, your partners, and yourself. We explore:
How the 15 Pillars of Supremacy Culture show up in parenting scripts
What it means to model consent, emotional regulation, and truth-telling
How to build new agreements—at home, with intention and love
How to root discipline in care, not control
Whether you’re a parent, a caregiver, a doula, a chosen family elder, or someone tending the sacred work of raising others—you belong in this space.

Who This Is For: Work Organizations & Teams
This series is also for leaders and workplaces who understand that liberation is not a personal nicety—it’s a structural necessity.
If you’re guiding a team, department, nonprofit, classroom, or company and asking:
How do we root our practices in equity—not just our statements?
How do we move beyond the performance of “diversity” into the embodiment of justice?
How do we support our staff in unlearning supremacy culture at work, while also attending to healing, capacity, and culture across the board?
This is for you. 👉🏾 Click here to join the waitlist
Each course in the series includes tools and frameworks that directly map onto organizational life:
The 15 Pillars of Supremacy Culture as an internal audit tool
The CARE Model for transforming emotional labor and relational dynamics
The Embodied Agreements framework as a foundation for team culture shifts
Reflection practices that bridge personal growth with collective accountability
Custom team bundles, CEU accreditation, and future licensing options will be available.
Let this be where your workplace doesn’t just "do the work"—but becomes the work.

We Keep Us Growing
If you’ve walked with me through these 100 Days, know this:
You were never meant to live in a cave.
You were meant to bloom in the light.
This is the next step. The deeper root. The sacred unfolding.
And I’m so honored to keep walking with you.
In solidarity and liberation,
