Day 98 of 100 days of community

Carrying the Lessons of Liberation Forward

A Fairy Tree, a Burger, and the Beauty of the In-Between

We opened today rooted in joy—literally. With a tour of my magical fairy tree, wrapped in joy and stories, and a burger on my lap, we held space for celebration without pretense. Because yes, we are wrapping up this 100-day journey. But we’re also expanding into something bigger: a life where liberation is lived—not just learned.

This wasn’t a scripted teach-in. It was a lived moment.

We laughed. We reminisced. We named the sacredness of joy in this work—and the necessity of slowing down to let it land. And that’s the heart of today’s message: this work is not about endless production. It’s about rooted presence.

We’re in the season of rooting—literally and metaphorically. We’re not trying to bloom faster. We’re tending to the soil. Listening to our bodies. Letting rest be strategy. Letting reflection be revolution.

And in that spirit, we held three truths today that will carry us forward:

What We’re Learning Today

  1. Reflection Is a Tool for Growth
Reflection allows us to pause and ask: What’s actually working? What needs to shift? Where do I still need healing, structure, support, or truth-telling?

  2. Embodiment Makes Liberation Real
Theory is great—but if it doesn’t reach your daily life, your nervous system, your capacity, your family… it’s just talk. Embodiment is where the shift happens.

  3. Wisdom Must Be Shared
Liberation isn’t individual. What you know, what you’ve lived, what you’ve survived—someone needs that. And there’s someone you need to hear from, too.

This article is an invitation to move from inspiration to integration. Not as hustle. Not as homework. But as a sacred rhythm.

If this journey has meant something to you, stick around. Because we’re not done. We're just shifting our pace so we can keep growing.

A Little Preview

"I really want you to think about the power of reflecting and integrating. Not everything needs to be solved. Some things need to be seen, honored, and set down."

In this clip, we open with a powerful reminder: integration is not a finish line—it’s a sacred pause. A reckoning. A recognition that you are no longer who you were when you started this journey. I speak to how we’ve collectively walked through 98 days of showing up, even when it was messy, and now, in these final days, the invitation is to sit with that transformation, not sprint past it.

This isn’t about rushing to what’s next—it’s about taking time to feel what’s changed. To hold gratitude. To honor the grief. To name the growth that happened in both seen and unseen ways.

So before you dive into the full companion article, I want you to breathe with this:

You don’t need to prove that you’ve grown—you just need to witness it.
And that witnessing? It’s holy work.

Ready to Go Deeper?

Behind the paywall, we ground into how this all shows up—in your self, your home, and your community. We’re talking:

  • Sustainable rhythms that reflect your actual capacity

  • Letting go of grind and martyrdom as metrics of worth

  • Embodying the work so that joy, justice, and accountability live in your bones

  • Sharing wisdom that doesn't require perfection, only presence

If you've been journeying with us, you know this space is sacred. And if you’re just now joining, there’s still room.

And hey—Mondays are always free.
